the mosiers

I went to college with Erin and Matt back in the day.  It was only 3 years, but it feels like forever ago!! Erin and Matt got married the summer after we graduated, and that was the last time I had seen them.  When Erin e-mailed to see if I could take their family pictures, I was super excited!!  I finally got to meet their little Cade man instead of just seeing pictures on their blog!!

Erin & Matt-You have such a cute little family.  Cade was such a cutie pie all evening.  I can't wait to see your grow and grow and grow!!!

waffle quiche

Someone from our ABF brings breakfast for the whole class each week.  A few weeks ago Michelle brought a delicious breakfast casserole that the classed named "Waffle Quiche." It's like a deluxe breakfast all in one pan......cheesy eggs, sausage, waffles and syrup.  Mmmmmmm Good!!!
Ingredients:
8 Waffles
1 lb. breakfast sausage
6 eggs
1 1/4 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of syrup
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Directions:
Toast the waffles for 10 minutes on each side in the oven at 375 degrees.
Brown sausage.
Mix the eggs, milk, syrup, salt and pepper.
In a greased 8x8 pan you will put a layer of waffles then cover with half the sausage and half the cheese.  Repeat this layer again with the rest of the waffles, sausage and cheese.
Pour the egg/milk/syrup/salt and pepper mixture over the layers.
Cover with plastic wrap or foil.
Set a weight on top and refridgerate overnight.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

Enjoy!!

top golf

Last night we went to Top Golf with some of our friends from our ABF.
{The Zoutendams}

{The Hutchisons}
{The Davis' minus Eric}
{The Henry's}
During our first game with The Hutchisons, I asked Matt to take some pictures of me while I was playing.  This is what he took!! Ha!!

His photography skills stunk, but his golf skills were pretty awesome.  Matt slaughtered us in the first game.

For the 2nd and 3rd game, Michelle and I played by ourselves so the guys could all play together.

In our first game I got a new high score beating Michelle by only 5 points.

And in our second game we tied!!

What a fun night with great friends!!
We'll definitely be going back sometimes this summer because we have 10 more FREE games.  We bought a membership that came with 6 free games and I had 4 left over from my membership 2 years ago!!

So who wants to go on a double date to Top Golf with us??

coupon class

If you commented that you were interested in coming to a coupon class when I posted about it here, check your facebook messages.  I just sent you a message with choices of dates.

I can't wait to show you how to find some great deals.  Today I stopped by Target, Walgreens, CVS & Sprouts and scored all this stuff for about $25!! Plus I still have $16.50 Register Rewards to spend at Walgreens on my next purchase!!
I normally don't go to that many stores in one day, but I was avoiding cleaning!!

Can you tell that we love watermelon?? Actually my husband loves it more than I do.  He inhales it.  Those four watermelons might last us a week!!

**If you didn't comment on my last post, but are interested in coming to the coupon class, just shoot me an e-mail at katymlink (at) gmail (dot) com and I'll send you the info.

father's day 2010

Happy Father's Day to our Fathers.  We love you both!!

My Dad said his idea of a perfect Father's day would be for us all to go the lake then go eat pizza.  We honored his request and did just that!!

This was our first time to go out on the boat this summer, since it's been in the shop getting fixed.
I'm so glad it's fixed because we love to wakeboard!!!

Matt
My little brother, Drew
My big brother, Ryan

I'm not posting any pictures of me wake-boarding, because I really need to work on the faces that I make while jumping across the wake.  They are just awful!! And I forgot to take pictures of my sister-in-law.  Sorry Ash!!

Carson loved watching his Mommy wakeboard.  He waved at her the whole time.  It was so cute!!

Carson's favorite thing to do on the boat though, is to help Pops drive!!
He is such a happy camper when he is sitting in Pops lap "driving" the boat.
Thanks Dad for taking us out on your day!!  I love you!!

Next Sunday we get to hang out with Matt's family to celebrate Father's Day and Alisa's birthday!!
